Serbian Gyms Protest Tougher COVID-19 Restrictions - Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty

Gym owners held a fitness training session outside of Serbia's parliament to protest new lockdown measures recently introduced by the government to fight rising COVID-19 infections in the country. About a hundred people gathered for the March 19 protest with some performing aerobic dances while others did weightlifting exercises.

In a news release Monday, AstraZeneca said the two-dose vaccine, AZD1222, demonstrated "100% efficacy at preventing severe disease and hospitalization" for COVID-19 in the trial, which included more than 32,000 participants. Additionally, the vaccine was 80% effective among participants age 65 and older, the release said.
