The more contagious strain of coronavirus widely reported in the United Kingdom has been found in a COVID-positive patient in Upstate New York. Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the strain was found in Saratoga Springs. The man in his 60's who came down with it has not traveled recently, Cuomo said. During a phone call with reporters Monday afternoon, Cuomo said the man works at a jewelry store where there are three other cases of COVID-19.
